THE BIG MOVE TO LONDON TO PURSUE FASHION

Mr. West wants be a fashion designer so he is moving to London to intern @ the LV headquarters, and some other fashion houses... he said that he will be doing music still, just not as much as he does now.  He advised that he will only do it on the weekends, so Kanye is moving to London.
